Just thought I would remind everyone of the holiday class that I posted in Jan 09...

I am going to get mine back out and work on it to add more pages this year! I know some of you were interested in the class but never got around to it.

Ideas of photos to document (even if you don't do the class!)

1. Decorating (your favorite ornaments, the tree, the wreath or your menorah, etc.)
2. Gift planning - gift lists, ads your kids notice, etc.
3. Gift shopping - photograph the stores, the websites, the receipts
4. Making/Sending Holiday cards
5. Receiving cards - where do you put them to display them? snap a pic
6. Gift wrapping and hiding the gifts
7. Kids crafts - if you have kids that bring home stuff they made photograph that too!
8. Baking - do you make cookies or other special treats this time of year or as gifts?
9. Religious celebrations
10. The special dinner (which night, what foods are must have's)
11. Santa if he comes to your house (consider documenting when and how "Santa" brings the gifts. you can save these somewhere special. This will make great stories years from now)
12. Gift opening - get the gifts before they are opened and document the little details of the process
13. Stockings
14. Any other particular activities (dreydl, games, reading the Christmas Story, singing)
15. Favorite holiday movies (get a pic of the cases or you watching them)
